Available through Rivett, Thermatite Door Systems use Neufoam™ technology for cavity-free, fully insulated panels that deliver a higher strength-to-weight ratio, superior R-Value, and resistance to deflection while preventing delamination.
Installed with our highest quality hardware components, Thermatite doors are engineered to provide many years of worry-free operation and are suitable for a wide range of applications.
Sections feature thermal breaks and two continuous replaceable seals to minimise air flow. The cross-sections below are drawn to the joint each model uses – shiplap on the T150, T175, T200 and T200-20, tongue and groove on the T200C and T300.
Two coat, baked-on paint system on the exterior side: primer and polyester finish coat.
The T200C is the colour model in the range – nine stucco-embossed finishes over the same 2″ Neufoam™ section.
The six models side by side – section thickness, thermal value, face sheet and maximum opening – so the right one can be picked against the opening rather than the name.
