MAXUM JDC: Jackshaft
Wall-mounted beside the torsion shaft for standard, high and vertical lift sectional doors and rolling doors, with floor-level manual release.
MAXUM is LiftMaster's current commercial operator platform, built around the two things a facility feels most: speed and downtime. DC drives move the door at roughly 12 inches per second, soft-start and soft-stop take the shock out of the system, and a four-line LCD at floor level puts diagnostics at eye height instead of up a ladder.
Rivett specifies, installs and services the line through our Overhead Door Division in Whitby, covering Durham Region, the Greater Toronto Area, Kingston and Eastern Ontario, backed by a 24-hour service line at 1 (905) 424-2512.
LiftMaster builds the operator. We make sure it is the right one for the opening: matched to the door type, the weight class and the cycles the door will actually see in a day, in a NEMA 1 or a NEMA 4X enclosure depending on what the environment throws at it.
Tell us the door, the size, the weight and the daily cycle count, and whether you have single or three phase at the wall. We will come out to your site anywhere from Durham Region to Kingston, look at the opening, and quote the operator that fits the building, then service it ourselves afterwards.
Get a QuoteThree mounting types cover most commercial openings. Tell us the door and the duty and we will point you at the right one.
Wall-mounted beside the torsion shaft for standard, high and vertical lift sectional doors and rolling doors, with floor-level manual release.
Jackshaft operator with an included manual hoist chain, so the door can be moved by hand in seconds during a power failure or service.
Ceiling-mounted for standard-lift sectional doors, in weight classes up to 2200 lb.
The same platform in a sealed enclosure for washdown, wet and corrosive environments: food plants, car washes and cold storage.
LiftMaster builds the operator. What your facility lives with is who sized it,who installed it, and how fast someone gets there when a door stops.
See door status, usage and activity across the site from one place, and use the data to schedule work before a door fails.
A four-line LCD brings programming, troubleshooting and the maintenance schedule down to the floor, which is where the time and money get saved.
Controlled acceleration at both ends of travel extends the life of the operator, the springs and the door hardware, not just the motor.
700, 1200 or 2200 lb models, NEMA 1 or NEMA 4X, mounted left or right, specified against the opening rather than the price list.
Every operator ships with a monitored entrapment protection device, so the installation meets current UL 325 requirements out of the box.
A dedicated emergency line at 1 (905) 424-2512, plus scheduled servicing that keeps the cycles up and the call-outs down.
From specification to installation and planned maintenance, our overhead door division supports every operator we supply.
Jackshaft, hoist and trolley operators installed and commissioned.
Emergency dispatch for doors that won't run.
Scheduled inspections and adjustments on high-cycle doors.
Wall controls, radio controls, photo eyes and safety edges.
